コロナウイルスの感染拡大を踏まえ、本学の対応を改めてお知らせいたします。

本学では、日本政府の感染症対策を踏まえた対応を行うこととしています。

日々状況が変化しており、政府の感染症対策も変化していますが、現時点では、以下の対応をお願いします。

※　なお、今後の情勢変化を踏まえ、新型コロナウイルス感染症の対応を見直すことがあります。その場合は、改めて本学ホームページにてお知らせいたします。

 

◆入学試験前日までの留意点

基本的な感染症予防策である、手洗い・咳エチケットを励行し、体調管理に努めてください。

新型コロナウイルス感染症に関して保健所から指導を受けている方は、試験前日までに、大学に相談してください。

 

 ◆入学試験当日の留意点

本学では、入学試験当日、学校保健安全法で出席の停止が定められている感染症（インフルエンザ、麻疹、水疱瘡等）に罹患し治癒していない場合は、他の受験生や監督者等への感染の恐れがありますので、原則として受験をご遠慮願います。（ただし、病状により医師が伝染の恐れがないと認めた場合は、この限りではありません。）

新型コロナウイルスについてもこうした感染症に準じる扱いとし、追試験等の特別措置は行いません。

感染予防の観点からマスクの着用をお願いいたします。ただし、写真照合の際など、必要に応じて監督者からの指示によりマスクを取り外していただくことがあります。

監督者等もマスクを着用しますので、ご承知置きください。

 

◆海外から受験のために来学する方へ

日本政府は2月1日から、日本国内における新型コロナウイルス感染拡大の防止に万全を期す観点から、入国管理を大幅に強化しています。

本学では、日本国政府が入国を禁止した方は受験できませんので注意して下さい。また、この場合、追試等の特別措置及び入学検定料の返還は行いません。

 

◆国内に滞在する受験生の方へ

すでに日本国内に滞在している方であっても、自治体が、保健所への連絡や医療機関の受診を呼びかけている方、保健所からの指導を受けている方は、各機関からの指示を優先して行動して下さい。

 

[For Those Taking the Entrance Exams]

Notes regarding Novel Coronavirus (posted on February 19)

In light of the novel coronavirus outbreak, we would like to inform you again of the following notes regarding the university’s entrance examination for academic year 2020.

We will take necessary measures against infectious diseases in accordance with the Japanese government’s policy.

Although the situation and the government’s measures are both constantly changing, we would like you to keep in mind the following points for the moment.

Important: These notes on novel coronavirus are subject to change to respond to the latest infection conditions.

When a change is made, updates will be posted on the university website.

 

◆Until the day of the entrance examination

 Practice regular preventive measures, such as frequent hand washing, covering coughs and sneezes, and take good care of your health.

If you are currently receiving any direct instructions about Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) from a local public health center, please consult with the university by calling  the university before the day of the entrance examination.

 

◆ On the day of the entrance examination

In principle, the university asks affected individuals of the infectious diseases that are designated as infectious diseases for which affected students are not allowed to attend school in the School Health and Safety Act (influenza, measles, chicken pox, etc.) to refrain from taking the examination if he/she is not fully recovered.

This is to prevent transmission of the virus to other individuals taking the examination and the examination proctors. (This does not apply if a physician acknowledges that there is no risk of infection based on the medical condition.)

We recognize that same rules apply for the novel coronavirus infection, and therefore no special arrangement, such as setting additional examination date, will be taken.

Please wear a face mask to prevent infection. You may need to temporarily remove the mask to follow the instruction of an examination proctors (for ID photo verification, for example).

Please be informed that the examination proctors will also wear face masks during the examination as a preventive measure against the virus.

 

◆ For those who come from other countries to take the examination

Since February 1, 2020, the Japanese government has significantly strengthened immigration control as a measure to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus infection in Japan.

Please note that those who have been refused entry to Japan by the government of Japan are unable to take the examination at the university.

In such as case, special arrangement, such as providing additional examination date, will not be made and the entrance examination fee will not be refunded.

 

◆ For those who are already in Japan

If your local government advises you to contact the public health center or to visit a medical institution, or if you are under guidance of a public health center, you should follow the instruction of the authority.
